We provide personal development and coaching services focused on reparenting, inner-child awareness, emotional wellbeing, personal growth and relationships.

Our services may include:

• One-to-one coaching programmes.
• Complimentary clarity and discovery calls.
• Group workshops and educational experiences.
• Retreats and related personal development services.
• Body-based practices where appropriate and included within the agreed service.

The scope, duration, pricing and delivery arrangements for each paid service will be communicated before purchase.

3. Clarity and Discovery Calls

Complimentary clarity calls provide an opportunity to discuss your current circumstances, explore your goals and determine whether our coaching services may be suitable for you.

Before your call, you may be invited to complete a short questionnaire to help us understand what you are hoping to achieve.

You are encouraged to share only what you feel comfortable discussing at this introductory stage.

Booking a clarity call does not guarantee acceptance into a coaching programme or establish an ongoing coaching relationship.

4. Coaching Agreements and Client Onboarding

Clients enrolling in a coaching programme may be required to sign a separate coaching agreement.

This agreement sets out the specific services, programme structure, payment arrangements, responsibilities and other conditions applicable to the coaching relationship.

Clients may also be asked to complete an onboarding questionnaire to help assess their needs and suitability for particular services.

Where body-based practices are included, additional health and safety screening may be required before participation.

Any personal or sensitive information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Where a separate coaching agreement applies, it will govern the relevant coaching services, subject to applicable law and statutory consumer rights.

5. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal awareness, reflection and development.

Clients are encouraged to participate actively, communicate openly and take responsibility for their own decisions and actions.

Individual experiences and outcomes will vary. We do not guarantee any particular personal, emotional or relationship outcome.

6. Coaching and Healthcare

Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or other regulated healthcare services.

Our coaching services do not provide medical or psychiatric diagnoses or treatment.

Clients should seek advice from appropriately qualified healthcare professionals where necessary.

Some body-based practices may involve physical or emotional experiences that are not suitable for everyone.

Where applicable, clients will be provided with relevant safety information, contraindications and screening requirements before participating.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone participation in a particular activity where appropriate safety or suitability requirements have not been met, subject to applicable consumer rights.

7. Bookings and Scheduling

Coaching sessions are arranged at mutually agreed times, subject to availability.

For ongoing coaching sessions, at least one business day's notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, in accordance with the coaching agreement.

Where an emergency or illness prevents attendance, clients should notify their coach as soon as reasonably possible.

Sessions are generally not scheduled on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Some scheduling flexibility may be required during school holidays or periods of planned leave. Clients will be informed of relevant arrangements where applicable.

8. Fees and Payments

Fees for coaching programmes, workshops, retreats and other services will be confirmed before purchase.

Payment arrangements, including any instalment plans, will be agreed as part of the relevant booking or coaching agreement.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers, including Stripe or other agreed payment methods.

Any additional services requested outside an agreed coaching programme may be subject to separate charges, which will be communicated before those services are provided.

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least one business day's notice, in accordance with the coaching agreement.

If you wish to discontinue your coaching programme, please refer to the termination provisions outlined in your signed coaching agreement.

Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable coaching agreement and your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms affects any legal right you may have to cancel a distance or off-premises contract, receive a refund or obtain a remedy under applicable consumer law.

10. Confidentiality

We recognise the personal and sensitive nature of coaching.

Information shared during coaching will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable coaching agreement, professional standards and data protection law.

Confidentiality is subject to applicable legal obligations and certain safety or safeguarding circumstances.

11. Testimonials and Client Feedback

We may share client testimonials, feedback and anonymised insights relating to our services where appropriate permission has been obtained.

To protect client confidentiality, names may be abbreviated, pseudonyms used and identifying information concealed.

12. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their participation in coaching.

Clients are encouraged to communicate openly, attend agreed sessions and inform their coach of any circumstances that may affect their ability to participate safely or appropriately.

Where services involve particular physical or experiential practices, clients may be required to complete additional screening and disclose relevant health information.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original website content, coaching materials, educational resources and related materials remain the intellectual property of The Sacred Return Ltd or their respective rights holders.

Materials provided for personal coaching or educational use must not be reproduced, sold, distributed or used commercially without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

14. Liability

We take reasonable care in providing our services.

However, coaching outcomes depend on individual circumstances, participation and other factors outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

15. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a concern about our services, please contact hello@sabikarezavi.com so that we can seek to resolve the matter fairly.

Where a separate coaching agreement includes a dispute resolution process, that process may also apply, subject to applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Business to reflect changes in our services, business operations or legal obligations.

Any changes affecting existing paid services will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and consumer law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
